KrasnePlows, founded in 2003, is a boutique consulting firm dedicated to helping our clients make the critical decisions to maximize their impact and remain financially sustainable. We work in partnership with our clients, combining their deep program and organizational knowledge with our executive expertise and ability to apply business principles where most useful.

We customize our work to match our clients' specific needs and will augment our own substantial nonprofit, for-profit, and board experience with the particular expertise of other seasoned professionals where appropriate. We focus on planning and execution, always emphasizing pragmatic results.

We believe that organizations should have access to senior level expertise on a part time, full time or as needed basis. Without it, nonprofit management is handicapped. KrasnePlows was launched to bridge that gap, working together with our clients to set their strategic direction, increase their operational capacity and achieve the results they seek.
